Appearance

Take a four legged wolf. Turn it into a reploid (robot creature). Give him room for one person to fit comfortably on top of him. If he could stand like a human, he would be about 5'9". Color him with a lot of black, gray, and blue. Don't forget the tail. That's pretty much it.

History

Known as a Reploid, Wolfman came from an alternate future to this current realm with the help of VG Warrior, a toad famous for wearing a belt more often than most. The two of them have helped make various incarnations of the famous Super Smash Stadium. While VG has since gone on with exploring, Wolfman has just recently been pulled back into the thick of things. With the need for Toad Town Taxi going down, Wolfman comes back to his old role of being the Quester that needs the most help in the intelligence department.

Normal Attacks

Normal 1: Claw Smash
Simple swing of the claw. If no claw is equipped, finger nails (or their reploidic equivalent) will be used. Can be "Smash-able", similar to Smash Bros Smash Attacks
d20+20, 12 damage, 19-20 crit, Horizontal Movement 1, Knockback 1.

Normal 2: Headbutt
Effectively, a dash attack that uses Wolfman's head. This is one of the many reasons why Wolfman needs new intelligence chips.
d20+20, 10 damage, Knockback 1, Horizontal Movement 2, +2- damage on crit.

Normal 3: Aerial Flip & Swipe
Needless to say, this is performed in midair most of the time, but it can be done on the ground if required. Simply front flip, and swipe with the claws. This move can be performed fast enough such that another move could be performed within a half second or so (such as Rocket Tackle).
d20+20, Jump Movement 2, 10 damage, 19-20 crit.

Normal 4: Bite
Since Wolfman is already part Maverick (or at least feels like he is), he has no objections Biting anyone else. It can be used for a quick snack, or for holding on to people.
d20+20, 10 damage, Grab, Reach 1, Throw.

Special Attacks

Special 1: Rocket Tackle
Take Fox's Fire Fox UP+B, remove the fire elemental, and there you go. Lots of reach is possible.
Omnidirectional movement 2, d20+20, 16 damage.

Special 2: Forehead Buster
The B button move, this simply fires up to three plasma/energy projectiles a decent range. It doesn't do much damage, but true to Megaman form, it can stun and cause you to move back a bit. (or not, depending on how much can be done here).
2 d20+20, 13 damage per hit, Range 1, 1 self-knockback (knocks you back 1). (Third shot comes later on)

Special 3: Wolfkahouha
Take the Giga Crush, reduce its range from "full screen" to "two units" away, remove the "take damage" aspect and replace it with "usable four times only", and you get this. See Zero's Raukakouha (spelling) from X4/X5. The closest equivalent to Smash Bros here would be the Brawl's Final Smash.
d20+20, 110 damage, 2 Range. Usable only twice per mission.

Special 4: Helmet Regen
The DOWN+B move, it's a modified ability from Megaman's X3 Gold Helmet. Instead of it being gradual, though, the healing is done at at once. Anyone riding on Wolfman would also benefit from the healing. However, with low MNT, it's not going to do that much.
Heals 31 damage (and one person touching Wolfman)

Special 5: Berzerker Barrage
The RIGHT+B move, it's effectively 6 normal claw swipes, plus a smash-based 7th swing. It has some range to it.
5 d20+8, 5 damage per hit. (Will become better in time; best used against slow enemies)

Weapons

Two claws up front, of course. Not cheap either: level 3 quality if possible, level 2 otherwise.

Wolfman Claws: +4 to damage, +2 to hit, able to pick locks.

Vehicles

Umm...I kind of "am" a vehicle. People can ride on me. One person at a time, please, and make sure I'm aware you want to ride before hopping on. I am free to charge people money at will. :P

Once on me, I usually control the movement: those on me can still attack. A powerful blow can knock the passenger off.

Abilities

33 Ability points, huh?

3 Points for Quick Draw: need it for claws to work.
3 Points for Defend: Whether offense or defense, extra AC is good.
3 Points for Team Attack: 'nuff said.
3 Points for Aggressive Attack: I have such low AC that it won't matter. :P
3 Points for Parry: You sure you want to attack someone with armed claws?

6 Points for Climb: claws are good for that.
6 Points for Tumble: I'm no cat, but I'm still decent on landings.
2 Point for Move Silently: Never know when it can help.
2 Point for Listen: Gotta put my Wolf senses to use.
2 Point for Search: It's easy to dig for me, so searching should be simple.

0 Points left over

Super bonuses

6 levels of this, huh?

Flight: 3 SBs used: powered variety.
Luckies: 3 SBs used: when you want something to go your way.

Unique abilities

Comfortable back:
Wolfman can handle one person riding on him for a variety of purposes. Nearly unlimited uses.
